Part time – two days per week. The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, coordinating key stages of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and training. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR processes and compliance, coordinating training activities, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive employee experience.

To be part of the delivery team for the CATCH apprenticeship programme. To deliver training to the apprentices in a classroom or workshop as part of the Electrical apprenticeship programme. If the postholder is not a formal technical trainer, qualifications will be provided as part of the role.
