Dear Customer;

The spread of the COVID-19 continues to dominate the news, with major implications across the globe. As you would expect, CATCH Skills continues to follow direct Government advice and guidance from Public Health England (PHE) and other leading organisations. At present the message is that all CATCH Skills upskilling courses will continue to be delivered as normal. We appreciate that some companies have imposed bans on travel and training off site and to that extent would like to commit to offering to move any places currently booked on training courses in March/April/May to a course later in the year. There will be no cancellation fee or additional fee for this service.

Please be assured that on site we are also taking various precautions onsite in line with advice from the Government and PHE. We would ask if any of your personnel who are booked on courses with us and have travelled to the UK from (or via) one of the affected areas listed on the government link below that they take note. If they travelled within 14 days of their course commencing and are displaying symptoms of the virus, then as a precautionary measure we ask that you please reschedule their training course

We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation as it progresses and will ensure that our communication to customers is as clear and as regular as possible.

If you have any questions then please feel free to contact us on info@catchuk.org or call 01469 552 828
