The Humber LEP is looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Humber Cluster Plan Manager to drive forward the delivery of the Humber Cluster Plan that will enable the Humber industrial cluster – the UK’s largest by carbon emissions – to achieve net zero by 2040.
This full-time position, fixed-term to 31st March 2023 (subject to funding) will lead an exciting collaborative project with membership organisation CATCH and eight industry partners to coordinate delivery of a Plan that will provide:
The appointed person will be a keen advocate for the area’s energy strengths and decarbonisation opportunities. They will develop and maintain strong relationships within the delivery partnership and with external stakeholders, ensuring that value is maximised and leading the partnership response to opportunities that will support delivery.
The post will involve working collaboratively across a range of partnerships to deliver value for money and affordability throughout project delivery. You will be responsible for the programme budget and delivering the whole range of work packages which support the delivery of the Humber Cluster Plan, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, collaboration agreements and relevant policies or procedures.
The successful candidate will be a visible and effective leader, to ensure that the strategic aims of the project and that the full range of partners are effectively engaged, co-ordinated and managed for project success.
