Paulo is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with more than 10 years’ experience in asset management and safety applications. Paulo has split his experience in project, maintenance and safety roles in hazardous and non- hazardous industries, including chemical, steel and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

Gary Tyne
Gary boasts an extensive 33 year-career in the maintenance and reliability field. Beginning as an apprentice maintenance technician with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) UK, to now a Director in his own company.
Gary has delivered various reliability studies, root cause analysis investigations, and maintenance and reliability training courses around the world. These are cross sectors in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, automotive, and general manufacturing companies based both in the UK and overseas.
Paul Raithby
As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Paul Raithby has worked extensively in the High Hazard Chemical, Petrochemical and Steel industry worldwide in the areas of Maintenance, Reliability and Mechanical Integrity. Working with Paul Sheriff he specialises in using a Risk Based Approach to deliver sustainable Asset Integrity Management programmes to help to ensure that asset intensive facilities operate effective, optimised mechanical integrity programmes that reduce and manage the Health, Safety, Environmental and Financial Risk of Equipment failures.

Lorraine Braben
Lorraine is a Registered Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors and a Chartered Chemical Engineer, Lorraine has extensive experience of applying human factors principles in an upper tier COMAH environment. In addition to her technical competence, Lorraine is also a qualified HR professional, delivering people strategies aligned to business need, and a qualified trainer, presenting a wide range of subjects.
Chas Goldring
Chas is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 33 years of experience working in the Steel and Heavy Manufacturing Industries. Chas specialises in developing the culture and foundations for Improvement in the workplace including Daily Management, 5S, Visual Management and Standard Work. Chas can deploy training on different aspects of improvement including Leadership but also help businesses develop their Leaders, their governance and their formal structures. In addition, Chas has wide links with a variety of Improvement specialists that can continue to develop your improvement journey.
Rachael Cowin
Rachael is a fellow of the IMechE and has spent 27 years in the engineering field, ultimately overseeing the project/design function on a busy top tier production site as part of the management team. Her interest is in creating project-friendly environments, particularly within live manufacturing situations, along with safe management of engineering change, through the use of appropriate tools and studies.
Carl Lamb
Carl has 38 years’ experience in Emergency Response, Planning, Incident Command, Technical Fire Safety and Occupational Health and Safety. His key skills are delivering Emergency Response Plans to compliment an assets identified credible scenarios, training to a level of competence required to match the risk profile of an asset or international standard and offering consultancy on Emergency Response preparedness and Building Fire Risk Assessments.
Mark Binham
Mark is an Engineering Project Manager with 20 years’ experience of installing and maintaining manufacturing systems, managing budgets and optimising asset performance. He is a team player with significant skills and experience in stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are deliverable, cost effective and delivered on time and in budget. Past projects have focussed upon ensuring equipment and infrastructure is installed and operated safely and efficiently. He also has leadership and staff development skills gained in multi-national manufacturing environments. Mark is a Prince2 Practitioner and also holds IOSH Managing Safely certification.
Jason Tack
Jason is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years’ experience within the Chemical, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical industries with a passion for engineering compliance. He has a proven track record of safely delivering multi-million £ capital projects, on time, on budget and as per design intent. Jason also has extensive experience of implementing UK & International regulations and standards to CoMAH establishments including Cyber Security and Alarm Management, DSEAR, EPS & ATEX, Functional Safety and Machinery Safety/PUWER.
Jayne Tack
Jayne is a Chartered Manager with experience of leading an Engineering Support team for over 5 years, previously having worked for many years in a Supply Chain Planning environment. Jayne is qualified to Degree level, having attained a BA (Hons) in Business Management through the University of Lincoln in 2015, and a CILT Level 5 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in 2011, with additional skills and qualifications in safety, compliance and administration.
Matt Longley
Matt is an accomplished and versatile Strategic Operational, Procurement and Commercial professional with a proven track record of leading, influencing, solving complex problems and providing strategic vision to deliver savings and efficiencies safely across organisations. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer with international experience of Operations, Procurement and Project Management within the Film/TV Production, Rail, Equipment Hire and Manufacturing sectors. Latterly, I have re-trained to positively influence and lead change in mental health protection in the workplace this includes the introduction of new protocols for production post COVID-19.
Tim Sutherland
Tim is a highly versatile senior executive and development professional. He has a successful track record of delivering growth for both innovators and established business. He began a career as a mechanical/manufacturing engineer. Later he migrated towards the low carbon industry & renewable technologies taking leading roles for Plc & public sector. With 20 years’ experience, he specialises in business process and technology analysis, six sigma analysis, market & technical due diligence, business development, international trade, project management, project finance, low carbon generation & supply chains, commodity trade, energy management and resource efficiency.
CRAIG FOYLE
Craig is registered on the Occupational Safety & Health Consultants Register (OSHCR) and provides safety, health, environmental and quality management consultancy services to clients internationally in the FMCG, chemical and pharmaceutical industries and also with NGO’s and government organisations including: Project Safety Management, Training and Development and Consultancy
Craig was the President of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) between 2017-2018 and engaged with businesses, NGO’s and government organisations globally. He is currently on the IOSH Food & Drink Industries Group Committee and a co-opted member of the Consultancy Group – OSHCR Liaison.
Craig is passionate about raising the profile of the OSH profession.
