Due to the rapid expansion of our CATCH Skills training brand, we are recruiting a Training Delivery Manager to oversee the day to day running of the training operation. The role is a critical element to deliver the CATCH Skills growth plan over the coming years.
A suitable candidate will have experience and knowledge of the training and competence landscape within industry and be able to work with employers to provide innovative and effective training solutions. Experience of managing people and programmes/projects is desirable. This role will have the requirement to ensure that all systems, courses, assessments and materials are fit for purpose, relevant and up to date and delivered to a high standard.
The role will also include developing and delivering technical training programmes and accredited courses. It will also involve liaising with Senior Management across a large client base, qualification awarding bodies, external providers and associates. The job is based at the CATCH facility in Stallingborough and the post holder will ensure existing and new training provision is designed and delivered to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations.
